Israel at Heart sends dozens of African Asylum Seekers to higher Education in Israel

In 2010 Israel At Heart began giving scholarships to African asylum seekers at the IDC and other universities, who wished to study while in Israel, so that when they returned back to their home countries, they could become the leaders, who would hopefully improve the lives of their countrymen.
